Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you request an analysis, we receive the portrait you upload, the analysis generated from it, an analysis identifier, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If you leave result feedback, we store that feedback with the analysis.

We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and product funnel events, such as selecting a photo, starting an analysis, completing an analysis, or encountering an error. These events do not include the photo itself.

2. How we use information

• Provide your AI-assisted color season result and practical recommendations.
• Investigate failed or inaccurate analyses using the Analysis ID shown in your result.
• Improve reliability, product usability, and abuse prevention.
• Measure aggregate product performance and conversion.

3. Photo processing and storage

Your photo is sent to our AI processing provider to generate the requested analysis. HueSage stores uploaded photos and related diagnostic records in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket for quality review and troubleshooting. Stored objects are not assigned a public URL.

Photos remain stored until HueSage manually deletes them. This release does not provide an automatic retention window or a self-service deletion control.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to run HueSage, including Cloudflare for hosting and private object storage, API Mart for access to AI processing, and Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. Each provider processes data only for the service it supplies to us and under its own applicable terms.

5. Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo. HueSage does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. You can use browser privacy settings, content blockers, or network controls to limit Google Analytics. To ask about a stored analysis, contact support@kittaai.com and include the Analysis ID if available. Do not email the original portrait unless we specifically ask for it.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including private object storage and encrypted HTTPS transport. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. HueSage is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes and contact
