Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to HueSage. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
HueSage provides AI-assisted color season analysis and styling guidance based on a photo you choose to upload. Results are informational and subjective. They are not scientific, medical, dermatological, or professional image-consulting advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You must have the right and permission to upload every photo you submit. Do not upload another person's photo without their consent, unlawful material, or content intended to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
3. AI results and availability
Lighting, makeup, camera processing, display settings, and model limitations can affect a result. HueSage does not guarantee that an analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular decision. Features, models, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you have in your uploaded photo. You grant HueSage the limited permission required to receive, process, privately store, and review the photo and resulting diagnostic data to provide, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service. Our handling of this information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
HueSage, its design, software, branding, and original site content belong to HueSage or its licensors. You may use your generated result for personal purposes, but may not copy or resell the service itself.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. HueSage disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Suspension and changes
We may limit or suspend access that threatens users, infrastructure, or the service. We may update these terms, and the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
